Upload molecules to be processed using the standard ZINC protocol. Here is how it works:
  • You supply molecules in one of SMILES, SDF or mol2 format.
  • Our server processes your ligands, using the ZINC processing pipeline.
  • Molecules that do not pass our filters will be ignored, with reasons.
  • Limit of 1000 molecules per request. Other restrictions may apply.
